    None. Nada. Zero. Club 720® is absolutely free to its members. We want to bridge the wealth gap in America; that first starts with building trust between our members and our lending partners as well as bridging the access gap for individuals who would otherwise struggle to access this type of service.
  • Where do I get training courses customized to my journey?
    Just get in touch with our team to determine which training courses would be best for you and a team member will assign them to you! They’ll pop up in the Trainings tab in the app menu.
  • Can I use Club 720® on my computer?
    Currently, Club 720® does not offer this feature. To check your eligibility, you'll need to download the free mobile app.
  • What is a Club 720® Preferred Program Partner?
    Club 720® creates an entire ecosystem of support around each and every person who sets up a profile and sets a goal for one of our five asset types. That ecosystem is made up of highly vetted experts from the mortgage industry, along with banks and coaches who want to help our users to accomplish their goals. Products on this platform are offered by government sponsors, FDIC banks, and high performance nonprofits.
  • What’s the purpose of the Clubhouse?
    The Clubhouse serves as an exclusive support group for Club 720® members. With easy access through Facebook, you’ll find inspiration, education and support from like-minded individuals striving to reach their wealth building goals. You can access the group through the Dashboard or by clicking the Community tab on the app menu.
  • What if I’m already working with a lender?
    If you're already working with a lender, that's great! However, switching to our preferred lending partners can give you incredible benefits like down payment assistance, car loans, and credit builder programs. These offerings are designed to help you reach your goal faster and with less hassle. You’ll need to switch lenders in order to utilize the programs offered by our partners. We want to make sure you have all the information to make the best decision for your wealth building journey.
  • What’s an organization code?
    An organization code is a unique identifier associated with a Club 720® Preferred Program Partner who likely referred you to our app. Our team can then use that organization code to learn which partner is invested in your success and ensure you’re connected with them once you’re ready to find funding.
  • Does Club 720® offer homebuyer education (if required by my lender)?
    Yes! Look no further, the homebuyer education course we offer is provided by Fannie Mae and is the perfect course to take to receive your required homebuyer education certificate. Chat us if you’d like this course added to your training.
  • What does it mean to ‘Set a Goal’ and how do I do that?
    Setting a goal means to simply choose one of the 5 ways to build wealth: Buy a Home, Fix/Renovate a Home, Start/Expand a Business, Buy a Car, or Get Job Training. Once you choose a wealth building goal, you’ll fill out the Eligibility Form that follows to create your action plan and get connected to funding tools.
  • What does “Find Funding for my Future” actually mean?
    It’s catchy right? Finding funding for your future simply means getting access to financial assistance tools like down payment assistance, car loans, credit builder loans, etc. to help you reach your wealth building goals.
  • What if I’m not eligible for anything offered through Club 720®?
    Listen. It’s never a ‘no’ but rather ‘not yet’. Club 720® believes everyone can build wealth and live their very best life. If maybe your credit isn’t where you’d like it to be, that’s okay! We can help you improve your credit health (for free, that’s right, no weird credit specialist bull). Or maybe we haven’t yet found any programs in your area, please know that we’re committed to finding programs across the country to help serve as many wealth builders as possible. Stay tuned and take advantage of the other resources available to you in the meantime.
  • How do I invite friends and family to join Club 720®?
    On your dashboard, scroll down to the very bottom. You’ll find the “Share App” section with a link you can send to family and friends.
  • How do I contact customer service?
    Fortunately, Club 720® is a human-digital platform meaning there are real humans ready to support you in your wealth building journey. You can reach out to us by using the chat feature on your Dashboard, click the Support tab on the app menu, email us at hello@club720.org. We’re ready to serve you!
  • What if I'm already working with a lender?
    Great question! If you're already working with a lender and would like to use the Hoosier Homes program, your lender will need to be one of our preferred lending partners OR we are happy to speak with that lender to invite them to join the program. If you find that your lender is not authorized to offer the program, you may decide to work with one of our lending partners. Depending on your lending journey, the process to get connected with one of our lending partners can be quick and easy and Club 720 will take care of that for you.
  • What should I do if my credit score is below 620?
    No worries! We are always adding programs and products that vary in credit score requirements. If the Hoosier Homes program won't be a good fit for you at this time, you will be presented with other programs that you're eligible for on the Club 720 app. We also encourage you to take advantage of all that Club 720 has to offer: free credit building courses, money management training, coaching and more to help prepare you for your home buying goals. Remember, it might be a "not now", but it's never a "no." You can do this!
  • Is the income limit based on the borrower or the household?
    The income limit requirement is based on the borrower, regardless of household size.
  • What are the income limits?
    You can find the income limits per county on the Hoosier Homes webpage. Find the qualifications and click on the word, "Apply." If your income does not qualify for the program, Club 720 can help you find other programs you may be eligible for.
  • Who is qualified to be an eligible borrower?
    Borrowers must meet minimum credit score and income requirements, which vary by community. Hoosier Homes uses the Club 720® mobile app to provide borrowers with almost instant results on initial eligibility. This is by no means an approval, but it does mean you’ll soon be connected with a participating, trusted lender partner.
  • Can I add my spouse to the loan?
    You do have the option to add your spouse; however, the income limit will then be based on your combined income.
  • What if Hoosier Homes is not authorized in my community?
    No worries! Club 720 partners with lenders who offer other programs similar to Hoosier Homes available throughout the state. You'll find what you're eligible for when you answer the short questionnaire on the app.
  • How can I access homebuyer education?
    Homebuyer education is required for all first-time homebuyers, defined as a borrower who has not owned a home in the last three years from the closing date. First-time homebuyers must attend a nationally accredited virtual or in-person homebuyer education course through a HUD, Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac approved housing counseling agency. The homebuyer's receipt of a homebuyer education counseling Certificate of Completion is a condition for the loan closing. For convenience, you can find homebuyer education courses in the Trainings space on the Club 720 app.
  • Do I have to work with a specific lender?
    When you apply for Hoosier Homes, Club 720 will connect you with a trusted lender who is authorized to offer Hoosier Homes. Not all lenders are authorized to offer the program. Contact us to learn if your lender offers the program or how they can become authorized.

  • What is the Club 720® ConnectCode?
    A ConnectCode is a 4-digit code provided to each Preferred Program Partner and used to align clients with specific services, training, and coaching. As a lender, your ConnectCode allows you to engage directly with clients that are most relevant to your business needs.
  • What is the Role of Club 720® in Down Payment Assistance Programs?
    Club 720® serves as a co-administrator for various government-sponsored down payment assistance programs. We take on the role of recruiting and training lenders, providing performance reports to local government sponsors, and giving lenders access to key information and resources about the program in our lender portal. We also create customized homebuyer outreach and engagement strategies to build an entire ecosystem of support for growing the local homebuyer pipeline.   • What is the Preferred Partner Status?
    As a Preferred Program Partner, you'll have premium access to Club 720®s ecosystem.   • What is the Annual Subscription Fee For?
    The annual subscription fee covers the administrative costs of the numerous services and advantages of being a Preferred Program Partner. This fee is separate from any other administrative or transaction fees that might apply through government-sponsored programs.
  • How Can I Join the Preferred Partner Program?
    Mortgage lenders who want to become a Preferred Program Partner must first be approved to offer the government-sponsored down payment assistance program for the area they want to offer their mortgage product(s).
